Catella France was founded in 2001 with the objective of providing innovative real estate solutions for investors, end users and real estate professionals. Catella France delivers an added value approach across the entire cycle, from property disposals and acquisitions to letting services.
Through its two divisions, Catella Property in commercial real estate, and Catella Residential, both advising on acquisitions and sales of single assets and portfolios, we have earned the trust and confidence of an ever-growing client base.
To enhance its range of services and further support client needs, Catella France created Catella Valuation in 2005, a property valuation and advisory structure, and Catella Asset Management in 2006.
