Founded in 1987, Catella AB is an autonomous financial group focusing on financial advisory services, asset management and investments.

Catella AB operates with approximately 320 employees in 14 European countries. The group acted as financial advisor in deals with a combined transaction value of EUR 30 billion over the past three years. It manages assets of approximately EUR 4 billion and is the majority shareholder in some 30 companies.
