At the Group level, Catella Corporate Finance initiates and participates in a large number of stock market related transactions, such as IPOs, new share issues and public tender offers for property companies. That department also takes part in mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity raisings in the private market.
In addition to specific property and financial experience and know-how, the Corporate Finance department has broad expertise in the areas of tax structure, accounting and property law.
In Sweden, Catella Corporate Finance is a securities company under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Catella will soon reach similar accreditations throughout the Nordic market and other selected European markets.
